Lightbar has no accounts, analytics, advertising, or telemetry. The app sends UDP lighting commands directly to WiZ bulbs on your local network. It stores saved light names, local IP addresses, and cached light settings in macOS UserDefaults on your Mac.
The website has no analytics scripts, tracking cookies, or third-party font requests. Hosting and download providers may process standard connection information, such as your IP address, as part of serving files. Links to other sites are governed by their privacy policies.
You can forget individual lights in the app. To remove all saved preferences, quit Lightbar and remove its preferences domain, local.wizbar.app. Uninstalling the app alone may leave preferences behind.
